I think my biggest problem with blogging was that I was taking it too seriously.
I believed that to blog meant that I had to share wild, fanciful, never-before heard of ideas with the world, things that would shatter perspective and change the way people thought of themselves and their creative work.
Maybe that’s true. Afterall, if you read all those how-to-start-a-profitable-blog posts out there on Pinterest, then you’ll know the quickest way to die is to talk about silly, personal, non-subsequential things.
But maybe I like talking about those things – many the big stuff only comes to me once and a while.
Maybe it never comes to me at all.
Oh, well. Onward, as always.
